A BGP route flap caused ~8 minutes of elevated P99 latency (380ms → 620ms) for EU-West traffic. Automatically resolved via failover. No data loss or service interruption.

API rate limiter false positives Resolved
A deployment of the API gateway caused some legitimate requests to be incorrectly rate-limited for ~12 minutes. Rolled back immediately. Affected ~0.3% of API calls.
